A big THANK YOU to all who took the time to enter our inaugural photo contest. We hope you had as much fun looking at your photos as we did and that it brought back many happy memories of your float trip with us this summer. We sent them off to our celebrity judge, world-renowned nature photographer, Tom Mangelsen, and he has spoken! Drum roll please…

The winner is Charlene Klassen Morris from Manitoba for her gorgeous bald eagle shot (above). Congratulations, Charlene. Charlene will receive a signed copy of Tom’s latest book, The Last Great Wild Places. The book chronicles Mangelsen’s past 40 years of photographic adventures in the field, capturing the splendor of wild places and intimate moments with animals and contains more than 150 of Mangelsen’s most important images.
