Had as great time, not as much wildlife as we would have liked though. Our guide was laid back and funny.

This is always a highlight when our family goes to Jackson. The guides are knowledgeable about the area and the things that we see on the float and there is always a lot to see. We've seen moose, deer, bald eagles, osprey, beavers, ducks, geese and even river otters before. Love this company, they are easy to work with and you can tell that they love the area, the river and their patrons! I recommend the evening float.

Spent a few days exploring the Tetons and so glad we found Barker-Ewing! It was a great way to see the park and some wildlife. Our tour guide Grant was excellent and incredibly knowledgeable! Highly highly recommend.

They were very accommodating for our large group. The guides were top notch and the views were unlike any other. Hands down would recommend Barker Ewing for everyone.

It was a fantastic trip with great weather. Barker Ewing is the only company to go with as I have gone with them many times and every time you get an experienced guide who gives you great knowledge/history of the area and gets you down the river safely.

Travis was a great guide! He had some fun and interesting stories to share, and answered questions. Beautiful place and skillfully and comfortable delivered. Saw a lot of geese, a family of rover otters. No moose, etc. A fun outing in gorgeous scenery.

Wonderful float trip in Teton. We had a full raft, but never felt crowded. Our guide was fun and definitely enjoyed his job. The views were amazing from the minute the float started. The guide steered the raft to maximize the views - sometimes you were in the front, sometimes in the back, so you had an opportunity to see the Tetons without straining. Even saw a moose!

Grant was a fantastic guide!! This was our first visit to GT/Yellowstone. Directions to the loading zone were accurate and easy to follow. We felt very safe inside the water craft the entire time. A native to the area, Grant was extremely knowledgeable about many local habitats etc which made the float even better. I highly recommend this company and would 100% use them again.

Our scenic float with Barker Ewing on the Snake River was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Jackson Hole. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The shuttle pickup and transportation to the launch site were incredibly efficient and well-organized, making the entire outing stress-free from the moment we arrived.

The scenery was every bit as spectacular as you'd expect, but what truly elevated this trip was our guide, Michael. He was exceptional. His passion for the area was evident in every story he shared. His deep knowledge of the history, geology, and wildlife of the Snake River and Grand Teton area had me hanging on every word. He struck the perfect balance between educating, entertaining, and giving everyone time to simply soak in the breathtaking views.

I had taken a similar Snake River float several years ago with another company, and there is simply no comparison. Barker Ewing--and especially Michael--provided an experience that was superior in every way. If you're considering a scenic float in Jackson Hole, don't hesitate to book with Barker Ewing. Very professional, knowledgeable & friendly personel. Our river guide was local to the area and has been guiding for years. This was a scenic float, no paddling or getting wet. If you are looking for excitement, look at other floats. We would do again

Our family of 5 enjoyed this scenic float very much. We lucked up and had beautiful 80° sunny day in June to float the river. Logistics were smooth from pick up to drop off. Our guide, Jed, was great. He was very knowledgeable on plants, animals and the surrounding area. You get some fantastic views, would highly recommend doing this!

Our noontime float trip was wonderful. The scenery was spectacular and our guide Grant was informative, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My wife and I had a great time on the river and would definitely go with Ewing-Barker again if we return to Jackson Hole.

The trip was great. Our guide had very interesting stories to tell and was great at pointing out some highlights on our trip. We saw three moose and a couple beavers and an eagle and he was great at pointing them out. We had some interesting weather. It was warm when we started and it got cold and our guide provided blankets. It then started to rain and then hail. Our guide came through with rain ponchos. It was a very memorable trip and our guide made it even better.

Our river guide, Michael Inman, was the BEST!!! He was so knowledgeable and personable. He MADE the trip for us. Ask for him specifically when you book. You won't be disappointed.

The float experience was fantastic. The raft was comfortable and because the guide can turn the boat 360 degrees, there is not a bad seat on the raft. Pick up to get to the launch point was super easy and the views of the Tetons were SPECTACULAR!!! This is the boat company to book with.

This float trip was one of the best parts of our Teton experience.

We had a wonderful float down the Snake River. Jed our guide, told us great stories about the river and the wildlife. We saw a moose, a bald eagle and osprey. Would come back and do it again.

One of the coolest experiences we’ve ever done ! Our guide Grant was amazing and very knowledgeable! We got to see 4 moose, a beaver and 2 bald eagles! The views were gorgeous the whole way down! Would definitely recommend doing! So glad we did!

We had a relaxing time on the Snake River with Barker-Ewing and also learned a lot! Jed was an expert at pointing out wildlife like bald eagles and moose and guided us smoothly down the river. Would 100% recommend!
